1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the accounting services provided by MBooks Pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

2. Account Registration

To use MBooks Pro, you must provide accurate business information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account linked to support@mibookspro.com.
• All activities that occur under your account, including any transactions or data entries.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensuring that all information you provide is current, complete, and accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

3. Fees and Billing

All transactions are processed in GHS. Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Your fiscal reports will be managed according to your set fiscal year starting January 1.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with prior notice. Any changes to pricing will be communicated via email to support@mibookspro.com at least 30 days before they take effect.

• All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.
• You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your use of the Service.
• Late payments may result in suspension of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MBooks Pro. This includes all software, design, graphics, and code used to operate the platform.

Your data remains your property, but you grant us a license to host, store, and process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
• All trademarks and logos displayed are the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MBooks Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of the accounting software.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in financial reporting.
• Loss of data or business interruption.
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Service during the twelve months prior to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ghana. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
